PreviewIsFullScreen Method (MMixerClass)
channel ID. Reserved for future use. Use empty string (that is "") instead of this parameter.
"0" means that the full screen mode is disabled and "1" means that it is enabled
number of monitor
Indicates whether the full screen mode is enabled on specified screen.
